Processing Time:
All of our treats are made to order, so our processing time depends on how many orders we currently have. Our current processing times are alway listed at the top of our website.
If you need your treats by or on a specific date, order at least 12 days before and leave a note in your cart regarding the date. If you order less than 12 days before the date, I cannot guarantee your treats will arrive on time, please reach out to me before placing your order.
Seasonal Treats/ Preorder:
If you would like your seasonal/preorder items shipped separately please place 2 orders. Ready to ship and preorder orders that contain nonseasonal/custom items will ship together after the set preorder date.

Only available within the US.

-Priority Shipping (3–5 business days): $12.00
-Priority Shipping (Orders $100+) (3–5 business days): $6.00

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us for a resolution.
Missing Items: If you are missing an item from your order please reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Incorrect Address: We can correct shipping addresses prior to shipping. Once in transit, contact the carrier with your tracking number to reroute the package. Undelivered/Returned packages do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
